Godfrey Oyiliagu
Chief Executive Officer
In 2024, Godfrey founded Real Asset Management Mortgage Investment Corporation to leverage his expertise in mortgage solutions, helping homeowners secure the private financing they need. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in insurance and mutual funds, Godfrey ensures that clients’ mortgage solutions are aligned with their broader financial goals. His dedication to providing personalized service and tailored mortgage solutions has helped countless clients achieve homeownership.
Byron Rastrullo
Chief Operating Officer
In 2024, Byron joined Real Asset Management Group with a focus on expanding the network of Investment Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Family Offices, and Pension Funds. With over a decade of experience as a highly accomplished Investment Advisor in Southern Ontario, Byron brings extensive expertise to this role. After successfully exiting a private Investment Advisory practice in 2022, he founded an independent consulting firm serving small and mid-sized businesses. His notable achievements include partnerships with prominent global service-based entities, such as Axial Capital in London, UK, where he built C-suite relationships with international business owners. Byron provided comprehensive services, including capital raising, advisory, real estate financing, and facilitating public market listings.
Albert Tzurkov
Chief Investment Officer
An experienced investment professional with broad exposure across HNW retail, sell-side, and buy-side channels, Albert has held senior management positions, providing direct reports and input on strategic organizational priorities. He has direct investing experience across various asset classes, including Public Equities, Fixed Income, VC/Private Equity, and Real Estate. Currently, Albert manages a global portfolio of public and private equity investments and leads a team of research analysts for a single-family office and its related entities.
Jeannette Pacoli
Chief Financial Officer
Jeannette is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 18 years of experience, working both independently and as part of a team to deliver corporate finance solutions. She has extensive knowledge of IFRS and ASPE. For the past 18 years, Jeannette has served as the Controller of Diebold Nixdorf Canada, a company that automates, digitizes, and transforms the way people bank and shop. Diebold Nixdorf, a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol ‘DBD,’ employs approximately 21,000 people in more than 130 countries. Jeannette specializes in financial and retail self-service solutions, services, security solutions, software, cash management, and branch and store transformation. Most recently, she has been serving as Acting President and CEO of the Diebold Nixdorf Canadian Division. Previously, Jeannette held several senior accounting positions in both the public and private sectors.
Philip Douglas
Senior Vice President, Dealer Relations
Philip joined RAM Group International in 2024, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in the asset management industry. As a well-connected private wealth professional in Canada, he has built strong relationships with financial advisors, branch managers, home offices, family offices, and portfolio managers. Philip is a highly organized, process-oriented senior sales leader, known for consistently achieving goals through team collaboration. He is focused on enhancing the client experience to foster long-lasting relationships. His experience includes roles at Fidelity Investments, one of Canada’s largest mutual fund companies, and Horizons ETFs, a major U.S. alternative asset manager in the Canadian market. Philip holds professional accreditations, including the Series 7 and CSC (Canadian Securities Course).
Maria Spadaro
Director
Maria is a highly accomplished senior-level executive with extensive hands-on experience in finance, operations management, business leadership, and collaborating with Boards of Directors. She has been the CEO of ELG Staffing Solutions Inc. since June 15, 2024. Prior to this role, Maria served as Chief Financial Officer for Kee Group of Companies from January 2005. Kee National Staffing Solutions was at the forefront of the third-party outsourcing trend, particularly within the transportation, distribution, and other industries. The company had offices across Canada and operated under five different banners. Maria oversaw all aspects of the corporation’s finances, the preparation of financial statements, and the development of operational policies. She played a key role in mergers and acquisitions, successfully completing three acquisitions during her tenure. With nearly three decades of financial management experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, Maria has focused on developing policies and procedures to enhance performance and productivity.

With a relentless drive for excellence and a passion for improving patient care, Vijay has guided the company to become a leader in providing cutting-edge radiology software solutions. Under his leadership, RamSoft has flourished, focusing on empowering lives through universal access to life-saving imaging.
Siva Ramanathan
Independent Director
Siva began learning to code as a child and has witnessed significant technological and process transformations over the past thirty years. His goal is to equip his teams with leading-edge technology tools and collaborate with them to build a lean, modern, and fail-fast approach to SaaS product development. Siva has fostered a startup-like environment, aiming to disrupt industry norms while leveraging the reputation and credibility he has built over more than twenty-five years.
